London, England - 2006; Established in 1753, the British Museum is probably the largest and most famous museum in the world. It was also the first public museum, open to all. Dedicated to all aspects of human history, art and culture, the museum is located in Bloomsbury, London. Its permanent collection of some 13 million exhibits and works and over 70 million books is probably the largest in existence. Here we see one of its many Japanese exhibits, a terrifying set of medieval Samurai armour.
