I-beams and J^-in. plate, which are supported near eachend by two 15-in. I-beams, to which are fastened the bearingsfor the wheels. At one end ofthe table is a small house, from which it is operated by meansof a standard controller, current being taken from an overheadwire through an ordinary trolley pole. No brake is used on thetable, dependence being placed on reversing of the controllerfor braking purposes. The table is provided with a live trolleywire, and connection is made at each track with a T-iron, whichis fastened to a trolley wire inside the building. This table made there and the car sent out again. When a car needs gen-eral repairing, however, the car body is sent to the carpentershop, the motors to the armature shop, and the truck to themachine and blacksmith shops. Thecars are assembled there after therepairs are made,
