An inscribed sword,2nd Half of the 11th Century Slender blade with a wide fuller on either side,one containing an almost illegible inscription inlaid in iron "+VLFBEHR+T"(?). Short heavy quillons with quadrangular cross-section,narrow tang and a mushroom pommel. Length: 97 cm.
