160519-N-XX999-001 ROTA, Spain (May 19, 2016) Builder Constructionman Joshua Rice and Builder Constructionman Joshua Muckerson, both Seebees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 133, cut a piece of steel reinforcing bar while working at the Shipboard Electronic System Evaluation Facility (SESEF). SESEF will provide test and evaluation services to Navy, Coast Guard, and Military Sealift Command activities as well as allied foreign navies.
