The marksmanship competition is the fifth event, where teams of two compete throughout week-long events that assess the technical and tactical skills of Visual Information Personnel. The competition is established in honor of the fallen Combat Camera Soldier, Spc. Hilda I. Clayton, who gave her life July 2, 2013, in Afghanistan as a part of Operation Enduring Freedom.
