A plan has been adopted by which this can be done at an aver-age cost of five dollars per county. It is one of the very best of our plansof work. Summer school. — Kentucky belongs to the fourth district, which isdoing a splendid work in an annual summer school at Winona Lake, Ind. LOUISIANA International Committeeman M. C. Bridges, Norwood. Tinney, New Chairman Tinneywrites that the outlookis brighter and theState Association is inbetter shape than forsome time past. Gen-eral Secretary Kentresigned severalmonths ago, but on ac-count of the yellowfever scare, no onehas been appointed tofill his place. The workhas been carried on bythe Executive Com-mittee, and in the near future a field secretary will be selected to carry on the work of agitation and organization. The report made at Denver in 1902 is still applicable in 1905. Louisiana is certainly going forward, in the Sunday-school work, although vast fields lie untilled, waiting for the harvest.
