this bull race is known as 'MOI-CHARA' - generally harvester put a ladder made of bamboo on the back of the bullock with rope tied on a piece of wooden shaft fixed on the shoulder of the bullock. once the bullock runs or walks on the harvesting field one man stands on the ladder and the weight flatten the field. but during the bull race they removed the ladder and stand on a piece of wood, MOI stands for 'ladder' and CHARA stands for 'without'
