You can vary thismotion also. Another method is to streich face downwards on amat or form and pass the bells backward in same manner. Forearms.—Vress elbows to side and bring up lower arms at rightangles to body. Then curl the hands with and without the bellswithout bringing the elbow or any muscle above it into play. Con-tinue until you feel the muscles sufficiently tested. Chest,
