An F-16 Viper lands on the flightline during Red Flag 21-2 at Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, March 10, 2021. Red Flag 21-2 featured two fighter squadrons from the 20th Fighter Wing, one to escort aircraft in and out of the airfield and one to perform the suppression of enemy air defenses. The F-16 is a multi-role airframe, used in a variety of mission sets in situations requiring both air-to-air and air-to-ground conflict.
