Early example of North American B-25 Mitchell bomber from WW2


This B-25 Mitchell medium bomber was a major warplane in WW2. This early example never saw actin, but others of this type struck at the Japanese 'home islands' in the Doolittle Raid. This aircraft is moving out along a taxiway, prior to being displayed at an airshow at Westover Air Reserve Base, Massachusetts
