Jane Austen enthusiasts in Regency Period costume make a procession through the city. The annual festival draws Austen enthusiasts from all over the world, the procession of around 500 people in costume is the start of a week of Austen inspired events. This year the procession starts at the Holbourne Museum makes a loop through the city passing many places Austen would have been familiar with, ending in the Parade Gardens.
