Tracy was just released after more than five year's captivity in Lebanon. A Air Force aircrew from the 438th Military Airlift Wing, Travis Air Force Base, California, and personnel from the 2nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Rhein-Main, are participating in Tracy's Base: Damascus Country: Syrian Arab Republic(SYR)
