At our lastAnnual Meeting, Elder Amick asked thecorporate members to allow him to re-tire from the Board of Directors of theNational Christian Association, wherehe had served with great advantage tothe Association for several years. Elder Joseph Amick passed to his re-ward on the morning of January 4th,having reached the age of eighty usually considered a strong man,he had complications of diseases thatdisturbed him a good deal in the lateryears of his life.
