He cleared and improveda farm in Jasper county, Iowa, living there andin Missouri and Texas until 1893 when he camewith his family to Ramona, where he still re-sides, being a well-known and prosperousrancher. He is a Republican in politics, and amember of the Friends Qiurch. To him andhis wife, five children have been born, namely:Arwilda Hinshaw, living in this valley; Ada,living at home; D.
