Branchlets cylindrical, 200-600/xm diam, to 2-3(-10) mm long; apical cell sunken in terminal depression; pericentral cells 4-6, large, rounded; surface cells small, rounded; tetrasporangia spherical, 40-170/xm diam., near branchlet apices; spermatangial sori oval, 400-600 /xm diam., developed on basal cell of apical filaments; cystocarps spherical to oval, to 1 mm diam., 700 ^tm long, near branchlet apices.
