Today world is moving towards bio-economy to replace present non-renewable fossil economy. Coconut palm offers multi diamentional benefits to man. In fact, every part of coconut palm is valuable for mankind of which coconut fruit dominates in its contribution for development of large number of bio-industries. Mainly food industry from the ‘NUT’ endoderm of coconut fruit and fibre and other industrial products from the ‘HUSK’ – mesoderm of coconut fruit. To mention few – the present “Coir” industry is one of the coconut fibre industries, other potential industries domestic and technical textiles, conveyor belts, automobile industrial application etc. Coconut pith from coconut husk is valuable raw material for many polymer compounds, including rubber, agricultural application are also important endoderm from coconut fruit comprises hard shell outside, soft white kernel and liquid endoderm. The out side hard shell promotes charcoal and activated. Charcoal for absorbing unwanted gases and colours in industrial processes soft endoderm (coconut kernel) promoters many food industries viz. Copra, coconut oil, desiccated coconut, virgin coconut oil, coconut powder etc. Soft endoderm (coconut water) is a healthy refreshing drink
