Spc. Rhomel Murray, Petroleum Laboratory Specialist, 2-27th Quartermaster Composite Supply Company, explains the standard operating procedures he has to execute when units submit fuel sample to the PQAS-E at the Joint National Training Center in Cincu, Romania, July 8, 2017. Whiled being deployed in support of Operation Atlantic Resolve, Murray operated the fuel laboratory from March to June alone. This unique challenge allowed him to excel in a leadership as a junior Soldier.
