Livonia, Michigan - Workers at Roush Manufacturing assemble charging stations for electric vehicles. The Blink charging station was developed by ECOtality, a San Francisco company, with the support of a federal economic stimulus grant. Roush rehired some laid-off auto workers to begin making the charging stations.
