Occurs in Massachusetts and Connecticut in small numbers. Brood II. appeared last in 1895 ; will appear again in 1908. It covers the northwestern part of Georgia, and appears at thir- teen-year intervals. No very definite limits have been assigned to it. Brood III., originally supposed to occur in Ohio in 1887, was based on erroneous Information. Brood IV. is of the thirteen-year variety, appeared last in 1883, and will appear again in 1896, covering parts of Florida,.
