A man is seen practically covered in cardboard in an improvised space to spend the night outdoors in one of the new urban green areas of Barcelona's Eixample on Girona Street on the corner of Consell de Cent. 1,384 homeless people and 114 tents are the figures shown in the latest report of the count of homeless people sleeping on streets and parks. On December 13 the Arrels Foundation in Barcelona specialized in assisting and guiding to people who live on the streets of the city carried out a report on homeless people.
