In the Report of the American Hiftorical Affociation for 1897, this publicationis noted as containing feventy-five pages. An imperfedl copy of fixty pages, the lafteight being mutilated, is in the Library of Congrefs. Hening, in his Preface to the Eighth Volume of the Statutes, ftates that no Seffionwas held in 1774.
