YOKOSUKA, Japan (Aug. 4, 2018) – Musician 1st Class Stevhen Xuh of the Navy 7th Fleet Band plays the drums during the 42nd annual Yokosuka Friendship Day celebration on board Commander, Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka. The open base event highlights the friendship between the Navy and Japan. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 27,000 military and civilian personnel.
