EARLE, (May 18, 2017) – Aviation Ordnanceman Airman Christian Jack operates a forklift in the upper vehicle stowage of the amphibious assault ship USS Iwo Jima (LHD 7) during an ammunition on-load at Naval Weapons Station Earle. Iwo Jima took on more than 800 tons of ammunition, estimated at $91 million, during the on-load from May 16-18.
