Very popular Crimson Giant.—Somewhat similar to the Chinese Giant, but longer or deeper fruited. Like the Chinese Giant, a monster, often grow- ing 4| inches long by 4 inches wide. Vine strong, dark, large leaved, and very productive in fruit, frequently bearing 6 or 7 at once, and covered by a suc- cession of other fruit.
