Non Exclusive: LADYZHYN, UKRAINE - NOVEMBER 29, 2022 - Vinnytsia Regional Military Administration head Serhii Borzov (R) and Vinnytsia Regional Council head Viacheslav Sokolovyi visit a Point of Invincibility after a military emergency was declared in the town following Russia's missile attack on the Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Plant, Ladyzhyn, Vinnytsia Region, western Ukraine. The Ladyzhyn Thermal Power Plant which supplies the town of Ladyzhyn with heat was shut down on November 23, the day of the recent massive Russian missile attack on Ukraine's critical infrastructure, cutting off 18,000 people from the heating supply.
