GULF OF OMAN (March 8, 2019) A 22nd Marine Expeditionary Unit Very Small Aperture Terminal satellite sits on the flight deck of the Wasp-class amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD-3). Marines, with 1st Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, assembled the satellite as part of a function check to ensure that the device will be ready for use in an upcoming training.
