Its fine netted skin, yellow when ready for picking, and its beautiful dark orange-colored flesh, added to its rich, rare and spicy flavor, at once places the Irondequoit in advance of others, i lb. 40c, oz. 15c, pkt 5c MELROSE.—This is a most distinct variety of fine luscious flavor. Melons round, thickly covered with heavy netting. The flesh is \very thick and solid, clear light green in color, shading to a rich salmon at the seed cavity. The Melrose carries its tine quality aud sweetness to the extreme edge of the skin. \ lb. 40c, oz. 16c, pkt 5c ^ARLIEST OF ALL (green fleshed).—This carefully selected and improved strain is prized for its extreme earliness, beiug one of the first melons to ripen.
