I-rom the Interference Di\-ision was sent tem])orarily to the Trade Mark Division toassist in interi)reting and applying a new law of 1905. Aftereight months, he was returned to the Interference Dixision. InJan. 1907 he xvas transferred to the Concessionaries Office ti^ pre-pare cases w hich came before him on appeal.
