Investment in these schoolsshould be more judiciously made. Schools strategically located and seriouslygrappling with the needs of the day should beencouraged in every way possible. The policyshould be to promote all those that have thevision of service and that are seriously attempt-ing to realize this vision in human society. CREATION OF GOOD WILL FROM this study it is expected that ways andmeans may be found of placing before thecollege and university student, with properemphasis and dignity, the cause of higherreligious education and of the ministry.
