The bell tower of Palazzo Vecchio is visible at the end of the courtyard. The ground levels of the gallery wings are lined with columns. Half of the courtyard is in shadow and a few carts and figures are lined up beside one wing of the (Recto, print) lower center, inscribed in the negative: "3060 FIRENZE.
