KUWAIT CITY, Kuwait — Volunteers including Pa. Army National Guard soldiers deployed to Kuwait gather at Anjafa Beach for a cleanup April 7, 2018. Lawrence Silverman Ambassador to Kuwait, greeted the crowd. Embassy staff, the Kuwait Dive Team and concerned local citizens all pitched in. The event was part of an ongoing effort in Kuwait to clean up beaches and protect marine life.
