Capt. Rick Romo, Commander of the 554th Movement Control Team (MCT), participates in the 2023 Mobilization Exercise (MOBEX) for his annual training. The unit is training on determining the center of balance for aircraft loads, palletized loads, and cargo movement. The MCT decentralizes the execution of movement responsibilities at key transportation nodes. The mission of the MCTs is movement control of personnel and materiel.
