Craig, Deputy Minister of Agricul- ture for the Province, represented the lion. Duncan Marshall, Minister of Agriculture, at the graduation exercises. Dr. II. M. Tory, President of the University and Chairman of the Board of Agricultural Education, was also present, and presented the diplomas to the students who had completed the two year course. As has been reported for the preceding years, at this Institution the conduct of the students has been A few misdemeanors were brought to the attention of the principal, but on the whole the discipline has been good, and a fine spirit of loyalty pervades the stiulent IN rniixi Instruction Staff.
