Rome, Italy. 01st Oct, 2017. Third memorial in memory of Stefano Cucchi, a young geometry dead a week after the arrest, in 2009, while being detained. After four trials and no guilty, the prosecutor closed the investigation and sentenced 5 carabinieri for pretrial intimidation in the new trial that will begin on October 13. According to the prosecutor Stefano Cucchi was beaten by the carabinieri who arrested him and died after that beating and the behavior of the doctors who would have to cure him.
