Political signs and student debate abound on the Central University of Venezuela campus on January 30 2009. In February Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez will celebrate his 10th anniversary in power. He is also asking Venezuelans to vote on February 15th on an amendment to the National Constitution that would allow him to run indefinitely for presidential office. Current term limits would force Chavez to leave office in 2012.
