Diyarbakir, Turkey. 09th May, 2016. The Shingal-Camp close to Diyarbakir, a Kurdish city in Turkeys southeast, is home to approximately 1500 Ezidi refugees that fled the ISIS assault on Shengal in the Summer of 2014. The camp is organized and led by people close to the Kurdish movement and it's not officially recognized by the state. Yet most of the refugees there, having been to many other camps before, describe it as the best of all camps. © Willi Effenberger/Pacific Press/Alamy Live News
