The Airborne Monument area close to the John Frost Bridge, held during Operation Market Garden in 1944, Arnhem, Netherlands.
This cannon was donated by the 3rd Parachute Battalion to the people of Arnhem in memory of their fallen comrades. The park is called Jacob Groenewoud Park in memory of a Dutch Officer who landed with the British Airborne and helped communicate with Dutch resistance.
