MEDITERRANEAN SEA (May 17, 2017) Fire Controlman 1st Class Feliciano Torres, from San Antonio, participates in an M16 rifle qualification live-fire exercise aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) May 17, 2017. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting naval operations in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe and Africa.
