This is a real situation. Image not to be used in a defamatory context. Practice nurse dressing a patient's leg. The patient has lymphoedema (swelling), an accumulation of lymph fluid caused by obstructed lymph vessels. Massage or compression bandages may help reduce the swelling, but their is no cure.
