Shoppers outside the Cynthia Rowley boutique on Bleecker Street in the West Village in New York on Friday, September 10, 2010 during the second annual Fashion's Night Out event. On the first evening of New York Fashion Week stores around the city offered sales and bargains as well as parties and events to entice customers to shop.
