Ellmühle Cologne The former Leysieffer & Lietzmann Mühle in Cologne became part of the Kampffmeyer Group in 1924. In 1964 it was renamed Ellmühle and in 1975 it merged with the adjoining Auer Mühle. For more than 100 years, the Ellmühle in Cologne-Deutz has been producing high quality wheat and rye flours. With an annual milling capacity of 365000 tons, the Ellmühle is the largest mill within the Kampffmeyer Group and one of the most important industrial mills in Europe. A staff of approximately 70 is employed to supply approximately 5 million people with high quality milled grain products. Our array of products includes numerous tailor-made products developed in close cooperation with our customers to fit the desired properties and quality. Individual specifications for various applications cater for the entire range of food products: flours for breads and rolls, frozen dough pieces and flat breads, hamburger buns, pizzas and pasta, wafers and biscuits, cereals, breadings and batters, animal feed and many more. We deliver safe and uniform products of top quality at fair and competitive prices. The Ellmühle was the first mill in Germany that was certified according to the highly demanding international DIN ISO standards that include product development and customer service. Further development is an inherent part of our philosophy.
