NEW YORK (May 25, 2017) Aviation Structural Mechanic 3rd Class Anthony Skinner, assigned to the amphibious assault ship USS Kearsarge (LHD 3), assembles a bicycle for the USO's "Operation That’s My Ride" during Fleet Week New York 2017. Fleet Week New York, now in its 29th year, is the city's time-honored celebration of the sea services.
