The following account has been given ofthe operations of this agency : These parties advertise that they willhave inventions patented by the UnitedStates patented by the English Govern-ment also, and they address circulars topatentees in this country to that say in their circulars that they areannual subscribers to the Official Gazettepublished by this Government, containinglists of patents granted, and that this Ga-zette is usually in their possession a monthor six weeks before the specifications ofthe patents are published at the Patent.
