Students from the University of London demonstrated against the planned closure of the student-run ULU by management. The students called it an attack on students' unions across the country. They say that universities are being run more and more as businesses rather than educational establishments. There were minor scuffles as a handful of students entered the Senate House grounds after bypassing security. There were no arrests.
