As in the preceding- two months, tlieprecipitation was decidedly below the normal, the average beingthe smallest recorded for November in a j)eriod of 24 years,with a single exception^l890. There was excessive sunshinein the southern counties, slightly more than the average in thecentral counties, and about the normal amount in the northernpart of the State.
