Whipsnade Tree Cathedral is a woodland memorial in the Dunstable Downs laid out in the shape of a Medieval Cathedral. The nave of Whipsnade Tree Cathedral is formed by an avenue of Lime trees, displaying their early spring foliage. This view is looking towards the chancel with its semi-circle of Silver Birch visible. Whipsnade Tree Cathedral, Chilterns, Bedfordshire. The cathedral was created by Edmund Kell Blyth in the early 1930s in memory of three dead friends
