In the vernac-ular of New York, What is their num-ber, and where do they get off? Another unsolicited communicationcomes in for publication, as follows:Editor Railroad Paint Shop: The action of the advisory commit-tee, designating New York for ournext place of meeting, is think this, or some other feasible plan,should be adopted in order to be sat-isfactory to a majority of the BAILEY,Concord, N. H. DUNCAN W. Section III., Article XIII. of theconstitution. The next choice to Buffalo at ourlast convention was Toronto; therewas not a vote for New York. There-fore, the wishes of the members shouldbe respected, or at least consulted. Ihave consulted several members, allof whom take exception to New York,and favor the second choice, Toronto. A. L.
