Tibetan refugee fabricating a copper sculpture by smearing hot wax on to the reverse of the copper panel which is a body part of a Buddhist deity or idol. Once the wax is cool and hard, the copper will be hammered etc with a design while the wax will add strength and support the soft copper from behind during the hammering.
