Latter, Army Intelligence Center of Excellence, was the evening's guest speaker. The USAICoE is the Army's school for professional training of military intelligence personnel located at Fort Huachuca, AZ. The Army was founded on June 14, 1775, when the Continental Congress authorized enlistment of riflemen to serve the United Colonies for one year. "
