Col. Phillip Gage, USAG Japan commander, presents Wendy Holland with an Outstanding Civilian Service Award for her dedication and volunteerism in the community during an informal ceremony before her husband's relinquishment of responsibility ceremony July 11, 2018, at Camp Zama Community Club. Her husband, outgoing Command Sgt. Maj. Will Holland, told ceremony attendees that Zama was the best duty station he had served at in his 32-year-career.
